Returns
* You have 1 day to return an item from the date you received it.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
* Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
* You will receive the credit within 1-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
* If you need to exchange an item for the same one due to quality issues, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the exchange based on availability.
Non-Refundable Items
* Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, such as perishable goods unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
* If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work with you to promptly resolve it.
Shipping
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or damaged item).
* Shipping costs are non*refundable.
